We take off our winter boots to roll up our sleeves and put our plots in order so that our fields can soon produce quality hay. It is also the season of preparations: cleaning the crops, maintaining the infrastructure, early sowing, and planning rotations to ensure healthy and sustainable harvests. The teams mobilize to optimize cultivation methods, enhance biodiversity, and preserve the soil, while developing local collaborations and initiatives that highlight our terroir.
